Five Star Decor is a special event planning and decorating company operating since 1995. We specialize in ensuring you the best event possible, whether formal and elegant, casual and fun, large or small. The largest full service company of it's kind in southern Colorado, Five Star Decor has a 4800 square foot warehouse with a wide variety of rental props, backdrops, sets, lighting, and themed linens available. In addition to our rental inventory, we also provide custom sets and props to fit your theme not only for banquet functions but business meetings or office events as well. We can provide sets, lighting, invitation/menus and floral arrangements to meet your needs. Balloon work including drops and centerpieces are all provided as part of our full service approach. Our able staff can also assist in the coordination of site selection, entertainment, catering, tent, table, chair and other equipment rental needs. Arranging activities such as horse back rides, carnival games, hot air balloons, paint ball games and wacky Olympics or finding the right party favor or gift are all included in services offered.

Nancy Hankin, President, received her degree in theatrical set and lighting design. Prior to shifting her focus to special events, she had a successful career in theatre for over 20 years. Having received training from top event designers, she has been coordinating and designing special events for over 13 years in Colorado including Denver and Colorado Springs. Other members of our team have a varied experience in special event, theatrical and convention production and are representatives of the international alliance of theatrical stagehands. Using professionals for our events provides quality, safety and reliability.
